1st Class:       Tuesday, October 13th, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. via TEAMS   –   Goals: 1) overview of the Food & Nutrition Project  2) Overview of the MyPlate  3) Create a grocery game plan (meal planning)  4) FAQs

2nd Class:     Tuesday, October 27th, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. via TEAMS –     Goals: 1) Discuss how the contest works (food show)   2) Where does it go? (cook and chill)   3) FAQs

3rd Class:      Tuesday, November 10th, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. via TEAMS –   Goals   1) Discuss how the contest works (food challenge)  2) Cost analysis  3) FAQs
