Learn label requirements, what foods are allowed and why, and where you can sell your products, canning, baking & more. Recommended: stay for Food Handler's class & certificate right after this class.

Food Handlers class Earn your 2-year certificate for Tx Dept. of State Health Services accredited food handlers card. Anyone preparing food or serving food to the public needs this class. If you plan to operate a home food business (canning, baking, etc.) please come early and do the Cottage Food Law class too.
