A MATTER OF BALANCE is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. This program emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls. May 28, 2019   1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Jasper County Courthouse Annex - cost $10.00 Guest speaker: Tiffany Dowell Lashmet, J.D., Agricultural Law Specialist, Department of Agricultural Economics  

A fun, three day camp for the little ones, ages 4 to 7 years old.  LIMITED to the FIRST 15 participants. Camp will be Tuesday, June 4th thru Thursday, June 6th, 2019 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, at the Jasper County Extension Office (Jasper County Courthouse Annex), 271 E. Lamar Street, Jasper, Texas Cost is $25.00 per child (a non-refundable deposit of $15 required at registration, deposit to be applied to camp fee) REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, MAY 17th, 2019.

Private well owners are encouraged to test well water annually.  Laws protect municipal waters.  Well owners must have water tested on their own. Bottles for sampling can be picked up at the Extension office, and YES, you have to use their bottle.  DO NOT take your sample until June 6th, then bring it to the Jasper County  Extension office by 10:00 a.m. on June 7th. Cost is $10 Testing will be conducted by the Sabine River Authority

Lots of fun for kids 3rd to 8th grade!  Camp is LIMITED to the FIRST 15 participants! Camp will be held July 9th thru 11th, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Jasper County Extension Office (Jasper County Courthouse Annex), 217 East Lamar Street, Jasper, TX Cost is $35 with a non-refundable deposit of $15 (deposit applied to camp fee) REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, JUNE 28th, 2019. We request that you notify us of any allergies when you sign up.
